The Cleave Anthology 2008 is being being edited by Dennis Kelly and Diana Manister. I will advise and publish the Anthology. The expected time for release is January 2009.
Please submit to The Cleave webzine as usual and you will be considered for the Anthology.
It will be free to download as a PDF and the print version will be cost price.
Sorry we can not pay you; we are doing this because we love poetry and not to make money.
